Team Evaluation and Development
We use inventories to assess individual and team strengths/growth areas. From that we engage a custom 350 degree strength-based evaluation to identify both strength and growth areas in your team and produce goal-based outcomes that are measurable and targeted to each individual team member.
Facilitated Vision/Strategy Huddles
We use "over the counter" resources as well as New Day's own tools in facilitating conversations with teams/boards to identify dysfunctional patterns of leadership culture and practice and create sustainable solutions. After creating the structures for more healthy leadership practices and culture we help you create organizational structures to facilitate vision and strategy your organization can develop momentum and sustained impact.
