You even have the option to bring a friend or family member to your session for free!

Some of our clients wonder if Eastern Spirituality is an integrated part of the New Day Yoga experience, and the answer is no. We are a faith-affirming practice, but as with everything we do at New Day, we do not impose any form of spirituality within our Yoga experiences. You can expect to be welcomed into our practice studio and introduced to stretching and breathing exercises designed to help you relax, gently stretch, and stay focused on stilling your racing thoughts and relaxing your body without requiring any spiritual dimension to your practice.
